The Mary W. Sierra Family YMCA is Taking Shape
Construction continues to make exciting progress at the Mary W. Sierra Family YMCA. Each week brings us closer to opening our doors and we're excited to share the latest milestones as this incredible newfacility comes to life.
- Cabinets Installed: Cabinet installation has begun throughout the facility as interior spaces continue to come together.
- Lobby Taking Shape: Installation of the lobby backsplash is underway and the signature Y logo will be added soon.
- Basketball Court Progress: The court flooring is complete and the final sealer is now being applied.
- Multipurpose Room & Soccer Fields: Work has moved into the multipurpose room where construction of the indoor soccer fields is now underway. Soon the sod will be installed, bringing the space to life.
Construction continues to move forward smoothly, and our team remains committed to delivering a high-quality facility with a strong focus on safety and efficiency throughout every stage of the project. We are grateful for the community's patience and support as we complete the final phases of construction.
We're looking forward to welcoming you to the Mary W. Sierra Family YMCA and will continue sharing updates as we prepare for our grand opening.

Healthy Living - Seniors
The YMCA will provide a place to gather for nearly 20,000 seniors who reside in the immediate service area to improve their well-being socially, mentally, and physically. Our Y will be a place to make new friends and realize gains in their battle with chronic diseases and overall wellness.
Building Your Families Community
This new Family YMCA in Wesley Chapel will serve as a hub of activity for the more than 40,000 households who live within minutes of this major community resource. Families will have a new place to connect, and collectively, we will build a healthier community for generations to come.
Employment Opportunities
If you're looking to make a difference in the lives of youth, teens, adults and seniors in the Wesley Chapel area, consider applying to work at the Westley Chapel YMCA! This project is intended to create more than 300 jobs for the residents of Pasco County.
Youth Development
Over 27,000 youth who live within 12 minutes of the selected site for the new Wesley Chapel YMCA will have the opportunity to gain confidence, attain leadership skills, develop socially, and learn values that will help them grow into successful and productive young adults.
